15.00-17.00: 1ST SESSION
Organization and Functioning of Volunteer and Parent Groups.

1. Our organizations: advantages and disadvantages.
2. Specificity of volunteer and parent groups.
3. Establishing a new organization: what should come first?
4. Official registration: is it desirable? Problems with official registration.

17.00-17.30: Coffee break.

17.30-19.30: 2ND SESSION
Legal and Medical Activities.

Session moderator: Olesya Artemova (Kherson)

1. Problems in cooperation with authorities. Changes in the national situation concerning children with cancer.
2. Organization of a blood donor service and creation of a bone marrow donor bank (in the future).
3. Hospice service. Talking to children about death.
4. Legal aspects of charitable (financial and medicinal) help for the ill children's families.
5. Cooperation with foreign medical institutions (Israel, USA, etc.).
6. Educational activities: informing the population about the curability of child cancer.

20.00-22.00: 3RD SESSION
Organizational Issues of Cooperation between Different Organizations and Groups.

1. Creation of an information network.
2. Cooperation in tracking down fake groups and fake "help" requests.
3. Creating a registry of medical institutions and volunteer/parent groups in Ukraine (and other countries), establishing contacts with them.
4. Cooperation, collaboration and activity coordination.
5. Is it desirable to create a Ukrainian open association?

Volunteer-Parent-Doctor Cooperation.

1. Ethical and deontological aspects of volunteers' work with the ill children' families.
2. Relations between volunteer/parent groups and doctors.
3. Official relations of volunteer/parent groups with the officials of hospitals and clinics, as well as with the Ministry of Health.

14.30-16.30: 5TH SESSION
Fundraising.

1. Writing and submitting grants.
2. Contacts with other charity foundations and organizations.
3. Arranging and conducting charitable actions (exhibitions, concerts, auctions, etc.).
4. Developing algorithms and manuals.

Organizing the Children's Spare Time: Internal and External Aspects.

1. Psychological rehabilitation and spare time of children.
